Taiwan House of Crafts - Songlin Art Carving Center

Craftsman Li Songlin (1907-1999), known as 'Master Songlin,' had his ancestral home in Yongchun, Fujian, and was born into a traditional woodcarving family. During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, his great-grandfather, Li Kejiu, crossed the sea to Taiwan to participate in the renovation work of Longshan Temple in Lukang, settling there ever since.
