Xiluo Yanping Old Street (Xiluo East Market)

This isn't your typical grocery market. The East Market is located in Xiluo's old market district. Built in the 1950s, it was constructed using recycled timber from the temporary Xiluo Bridge. Having overcome debates about its fate, the East Market has now splendidly transformed from a traditional market into a cultural and creative hub, home to artisans and street performers.
