Haikou Police Station

This historic old building, constructed in 1931, features exposed brick and washed stone finishes. It once served as the police operations center for the Taixi area, holding significant historical importance and serving as a shared memory for many residents in their sixties and seventies. Thanks to the efforts of cultural and historical workers who advocated for its preservation, it was registered as a Yunlin County Historic Building in 2006 and underwent a complete renovation in 2018.
