First Eel Wave

Kouhu Eel Kingdom: The First Eel Wave Workshop is located in Kouhu Township, founded by Mr. Chuang Kuo-hsien and Ms. Yen Chu-ying. It is Yunlin County's first eel farm. After years of research in eel farming, they finally produced carmine eels with a delicate texture, which passed traceability certification and are exported to Japan.
