Dawn Bridge

The Dawn Bridge was originally a railway bridge. After renovation by the county government, which added a wooden boardwalk, it became a scenic bridge for bicycles and pedestrians. Next to the bridgehead, Peace Plaza features a 228 Memorial Stele, sea-view seating, and a Peace Bell. From the bridge, you can also enjoy views of the Meilun River and the Pacific Ocean. It is named 'Dawn Bridge' because it offers a view of the first rays of dawn, making it an excellent spot for watching the sunrise.
