Tamsui Ferry Pier

Tamsui, formerly known as Hobe, refers to fishing facilities at the river's end and served as the vital lifeline for Bali. The Tamsui Ferry Pier is situated on the right bank of the Tamsui River estuary and is an important settlement in the development history of Northern Taiwan. When the Portuguese occupied Taiwan, they praised Tamsui as the origin of Formosa.
