The founder of Yimet, known as Ah-Mao, is a native of Su'ao, Yilan, with over thirty years of experience in making rice-based snacks and desserts. As a child, he often accompanied his mother to deliver snacks to his farming father and older siblings in the fields, deeply understanding the arduous work of farmers. Growing up, he felt grateful for the blessings that rice bestowed upon him. He returned to his hometown to establish the 'Yimet Creative Food Hall,' where he continuously strives for excellence by applying innovative research and development techniques and incorporating local ingredients. His aim is to promote traditional rice food culture and transform it into exquisite leisure snacks for modern people.
