Hsinchu Train Station - Front Plaza

In the past, the exits of the underground passage at the station front plaza were consistently dark and damp, becoming security blind spots. They have now been transformed into a tree-lined walkway, with a YouBike station also set up. This makes it smoother and safer for pedestrians and YouBikes to travel between Zhongzheng Road, Minzu Road, and Linsen Road. Furthermore, the station front plaza is a popular venue for young people to perform, gather, and chat, and is open for public groups to borrow. At night, from the plaza, one can admire the brightly lit century-old station reflecting against the night sky, making it an excellent photography spot for many enthusiasts.
