Neigou Creek Ecological Exhibition Hall

The Neigou Creek Ecological Exhibition Hall officially opened on July 10, 2004. The first floor features a topographic model of the Neigou Creek watershed (1:500 scale) and displays samples of past industries from the Neigou area. It also showcases local ecological photographs and specimens. With explanations provided by volunteers, visitors can gain an understanding of the environment surrounding Neigou Creek, as well as its local history and ecology. The second floor hosts a library and screening room, both themed around natural ecology. Here, documentaries about Neigou Creek's rehabilitation and other ecological films are shown, serving as excellent material for local education. Thanks to the rich diversity of forest plant species, the area supports a wide variety of wildlife, including insects, fish, birds, and mammals, which thrive within this vegetation, effectively turning the entire area into a natural outdoor classroom.
