Through market cultural tours, experiences with master artisans of Lanching, culinary skills courses, and local cuisine cooking classes – and during the COVID-19 pandemic, further complemented by online virtual tours, audiobooks (Podcasts), and 'The Temperature of Food and Agriculture' video series (Youtube) – it drives market community revitalization and calls upon local schools and youth to extend their campus curriculum to explore Yilan's North-South Market.
