For many years, Ganle Cultural & Creative has dedicated itself to developing Sanxia's urban and rural culture and fostering local industry regeneration. It has built a community support system rooted in Sanxia, based on five domains: 'Learning, Food, Travel, Creation, and Love.' Drawing on a rich cultural heritage, it integrates local youth teams, local industries, creative design, and cultural education to bring new vitality to the region. Since its establishment in 2010, it has successively founded various spaces, including Ganle Canteen, Little Grass House Library, Honokawa Domestic Soy Product Workshop, He Xi Cluster, Niao Jiao Bar, Xiuchuan Residence, and Ganle Tea Affairs Ceramic Museum Shop. Through the cross-departmental integration of the Ganle Group, it shares Sanxia's rich local cultural heritage with society. The project department interprets stories from the land, ranging from the early Ganle Magazine to the Ganle Little Village Chief video channel and New Taipei Flavor Magazine, as well as craft and cultural exhibitions derived from local industries. It connects with local young farmer guidance, industrial transformation, and Hakka resources, creating unique Sanxia mountain forest experiences, innovative tea product exhibitions, and the dreamy yet profound Sanying Banquet, presenting cultural stories in diverse, interesting, and touching ways. The cultural tourism department integrates local culture and unique elements, connecting local artists and artisans, and inviting them to reside in the He Xi Cluster. It aims to link 'education' with 'life,' developing Sanxia's food, travel, accommodation, and tour itineraries. Through hands-on experiences, mountain excursions, and cultural tours, it promotes a local cultural aesthetic revitalization plan. Simultaneously, it integrates children from the group's Little Grass House Library, combining 'learning' with 'skills,' allowing interested children to learn traditional crafts. This not only addresses the issues of care and companionship for disadvantaged children and the decline of traditional industries, but also enables local students to develop deep roots in their hometown culture from an early age and helps local residents understand their culture in an accessible way. Ganle Canteen integrates local ingredients and terroir stories, using its cuisine to tell compelling narratives. It also leverages Sanxia's century-old local tea industry to develop highly representative products, such as Biluochun tea milk rolls. Furthermore, it has established the Sanxia Tea Masters Alliance and partnered with the Yingge pottery industry. By connecting food with daily life, it elevates community aesthetics, transforming the once-extraordinary old town into a new type of cultural and creative cluster. Continuing its mission of local heritage, Ganle Cultural & Creative also consistently aligns with corporate SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles. It invites businesses to engage with local towns, experiencing culture through daily life. Through the products and services it provides, it continues to enable more people to understand and appreciate the beauty of Taiwan's land, fulfilling the aspirations of coexistence with the land, co-creation with partners, and shared prosperity with society.
