2026 Taichung Hotpot & Grill Festival

The "Taichung Hotpot & Grill Festival" is Taichung's original hotpot and barbecue-themed brand event, successfully establishing Taichung's image as the "Capital of Hotpot & Grill" and bringing to light more hidden artisan eateries in the alleys. This year marks its 4th edition, with over 600 hotpot, barbecue, and vegetarian restaurants participating, spanning from well-known brands to hidden alleyway gems. For the first time, a professional evaluation mechanism has been introduced to ensure the event truly highlights authentic flavor and quality. The public can participate in this city-wide culinary extravaganza simply by voting via mobile phone, exploring Taichung's delicious flavors while having the chance to win great prizes. Popular Hotpot & BBQ Restaurant Voting: (1) Voting Period: July 14 to August 14, 2026 (Voting closes at 23:59 on the last day). (2) How to Vote: Download "Taichung Pass TCPASS" and register as a member. Each day, you can cast one vote in each of the 5 categories: [Hotpot - Brand Restaurants], [Hotpot - Alleyway Delights], [BBQ - Brand Restaurants], [BBQ - Alleyway Delights], and [Vegetarian]. For every vote cast, you receive one raffle ticket. Vote daily to accumulate more raffle entries, increasing your chances of winning. (3) Prizes: A total value of 3 million NTD, including 300 sets of hotpot & grill vouchers, and one car.
