As a major urban art museum in Southern Taiwan, the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts (KMFA) is dedicated to using art to intervene in the transitional spaces between nature and the city. "Ora City III" utilizes KMFA's 43-hectare outdoor park as its exhibition environment, responding to the museum's unique site charm. The park's rich greenery, lakeside areas, and ecological characteristics, through the intervention of artistic creation, deeply integrate with the landscape, expanding the interpretation of environmental art in open spaces. Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) has been promoting the "Ora City" (Electri City) public art project since 2019. From its first edition, "Invitation from the Land of Electricity," to the second, "Terminal Reality," both generated immense appeal in Central Park, translating power infrastructure into a romantic narrative language. This year, specifically at the invitation of KMFA, the project moves to Northern Kaohsiung, responding to the autonomy of urban open spaces and citizen participation, integrating artists' electrical fantasies into natural habitats. In a contemporary society dominated by data, art becomes a medium for people to resonate with the environment.
